Please forgive the lateness of this message, TechTiger is busy working on client projects and also working on the TechTiger business! No doubt you’ve all left the office and you’re doing what matters the most in life – enjoying the festive season with your families and friends!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to our clients, suppliers, friends and families. It’s been an amazing year of personal and professional challenges for us all. Kissing goodbye to comfort zones, and embracing opportunities / interests that fulfil our true desires in order to flourish as people.

We all know that life doesn’t run according to our plans. Daily, weekly, and monthly, we have problems dumped on us. But instead of complaining about our problems we should instead derive happiness and fulfilment through solving our problems.

As Mark Manson says, life isn’t always about learning to make lemonade from the lemons we are served, it’s sometimes about learning how to stomach the lemons.

What might seem like a daunting task at first will be looked back on later as an important and brave life decision. It all depends on your inner values and what you care about the most – do you care more about the temporary pain you’re going to feel, or do you care more about the long term gain?

If you’re a fitness junky, you probably do not care for the sore muscles, blisters, aching feet and rock hard callouses on your hands. You care more about the outcome – the healthy body, healthy mind and improved productivity in your life.

If you’re a startup owner, you probably do not care about the lack of salary, the late nights, lost weekends, buying secondhand instead of brand new, the disciplined approach to personal finances and sacrificing your social life. You care more about the bigger picture, the creative vision, innovation, change, business operations, minimum viable product samples, inventing the future and building a business that is more successful than any other business.

If you’re expecting a child, you probably do not care about your unborn baby pushing on your bladder. You probably do not care about your sore back, sore feet, morning sickness, hormonal changes, insomnia, stretch marks, excrutiating pain of birth, and having to sacrifice certain delicious cheeses. You most likely care more about holding your own flesh and blood in your hands, watching your beloved child grow, sharing a lifetime of beautiful memories together and building a tight knit family unit.

Are you willing to accept that pain is indeed temporary? I guess it all depends on your values.

This time of year evokes our true values as we demonstrate what we care about the most – enjoying the festive season with our friends and family. But also sparing a thought for those who do not have the love and comfort of friends and family.

As for TechTiger’s values; a prosperous 2017 awaits for our clients, suppliers, friends, families and TechTiger alike.

Here’s a brief summary of what’s happened in the last three fledgling months for TechTiger:

• Sep 2016: TechTiger was registered as an Australian Business Name with ASIC.
• Oct 2016: The amazing TechTiger brand was developed focusing on simple solutions to technical problems and empowering people through online technology – check out our beautiful website.
• Oct 2016: MVP of Project Planner tool launched on our website.
• Nov 2016: TechTiger was registered as a trademark and opened for business.
• 2017: Will see a stronger focus on product development while continuing to grow the existing service based business offerings.
