The West Australian Orff-Schulwerk Association engaged TechTiger for consultancy and training purposes. TechTiger installed WordPress and WooCommerce for the committee, then educated on usage.
The WAOSA website was in bad need of an upgrade, and it was fortunate for TechTiger and WAOSA alike that the two entities were linked by a mutual contact.
TechTiger employed a friendly, patient and skillful approach to the consultancy and training process. Lessons included how to create pages, add to them, build products and manage the overall website. The outcome for the association was a brand new website that looks professional, modern, is secure and is easy to navigate. The approach was also highly organised and kept WAOSA on track as projects like these can take time.
When technical support is needed, TechTiger took extra time to assist and hold the client’s hand. TechTiger are highly recommended by WAOSA for going above and beyond when it came to lessons, hosting, migration and the creation of the WordPress website.
